What happens if my item arrives broken?

You are covered! Each piece is packed with the utmost care and fragile items are insured. In case the item arrives damaged or broken, please be aware that your cooperation with the shipping company will be required. They may need to collect the item. Please do not throw away the packing material and the box your piece arrived in.  Please contact us and we will guide you through the process in order to claim the insurance.

Do I get to keep the item and get reimbursed if it arrives broken?

No, the shipping company will pick up your item and packing material in order to reimburse you.
